Placing an Order

Ordering from Classy Aviator is easy:

      • Choose your product and add it to cart
      • Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details
      • Complete payment (where applicable)
      • You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order is successfully placed

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for support.

Order Processing

      • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
      • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed the next business day.
      • If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer a replacement option or a refund.

Delivery (UAE)

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Time

      • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
        Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, peak seasons, promotions, or courier operations.

Delivery Fees

      • Free delivery on orders over AED 150
      • Orders below AED 150 will have delivery charges calculated at checkout

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

      • If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
      • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will follow the return process (if eligible).

Returns Policy

We accept returns for eligible items in accordance with the conditions below.

Return Window

      • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions (Eligible Items)

To qualify for a return:

      • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
      • Item must include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)
      • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be provided

Items Not Eligible for Return (Examples)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be eligible for return:

      • Used drinkware (mugs, tumblers, bottles)
      • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
      • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
      • Clearance / final sale items (if marked as non-returnable)

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

      • Order number
      • Clear photos of the item and packaging
      • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the case.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

      • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (where applicable)
      • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider/bank

Delivery Fees

      • Delivery charges (if paid) are generally non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.

Exchange Option

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (subject to availability), we can support exchanges for eligible items.

To request a return, please contact us through our website with:

      • Order number
      • Item(s) you wish to return
      • Reason for return
      • Photos (if damaged/incorrect)
